Creativity and innovation

For many years, I have been exploring the question of the conditions under which people are creative and innovations (in the broadest sense) emerge. I found answers at events and conferences, in startup incubators, universities, and cultural venues, through interviews and encounters with people from diverse disciplines, and through introspection.

These insights have not only fueled my creativity for developing my own innovative formats, but also laid the foundation for my work as a moderator and project developer.

I share my knowledge through lectures, write studies, lead innovation workshops, develop event concepts, creative spaces, urban districts, and occasionally my own projects.
