This means that I look at the ecosystems surrounding a topic or target group. \n\nFor me, project development encompasses:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><a href=\"#studien\">Studies on ecosystems<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><a href=\"#konzepte\">Development of concepts<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-x-large-font-size\" id=\"studien\">Studies on ecosystems<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Based on my experience, I create needs and potential analyses for innovation, entrepreneurship, and creative ecosystems. Every ecosystem holds potential that deserves to be recognized and nurtured.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My focus is on the question: \u201cHow do new ideas come into the world, and what does it take to make that happen?\u201d The foundation of this work is engaging with and exploring the groups of people, initiatives, institutions, and companies that are active in this space or realm. <br>I follow a research methodology that allows me to get to know people and purposefully connect them with one another. The development of creative ecosystems and locations is positively influenced when the implementation of strategies is understood as a participatory task. Involving stakeholders in the conception and strategy development is therefore a central approach in my work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The concepts and strategies combine programs, networking concepts, event formats and location development.
