Creativity and innovation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

For many years, I have been exploring the question of the conditions under which people are creative and innovations (in the broadest sense) emerge. I found answers at events and conferences, in startup incubators, universities, and cultural venues, through interviews and encounters with people from diverse disciplines, and through introspection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These insights have not only fueled my creativity for developing my own innovative formats, but also laid the foundation for my work as a moderator and project developer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I share my knowledge through lectures, write studies, lead innovation workshops, develop event concepts, creative spaces, urban districts, and occasionally my own projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
